We used to call this Mubarak: "ElWati"= the low while we were students.. By the way, this is not "carecature".. This is the truth.. Elwati sold himself, his people, his relegion, his nation and his country to the zionists in return of keeping him in power and pass it to his ugly son "Abu-Shak**" ..
